Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy with return of deposit usually consists of:

• Terms of return
• State of all items returned must be Undamaged, cleaned, and ready for return.
• Cancellation If cancellation is done within three days of delivery date the deposit will be returned but half of the payment for the rental will need paid.
• Process for return call or visit us three days prior to delivery if you're cancelling early, for all normal returns deposit will be redistributed after inspection has been completed. 
• Process of refund after inspection will be done within 6-10 business days, if cash or money order is used it will be returned using that form of payment.
